Find out whether your AI can stay inside your network before you buy anything.
A ten-business-day assessment for Georgia healthcare technology teams of 20 to 250 people. We map where your sensitive data flows, test whether one AI workflow can run without sending data out, and hand you a written decision memo. Fixed fee, clear scope.
Three slots total; we confirm a written scope with you before work starts, and the fee counts toward any follow-on work. See the pilot terms.
Calls run Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings (Eastern). Can’t make those? Send the form and Keith will reply by email.
The question this answers
Your engineers want AI help on code and internal documents. Your security and compliance leads want proof that patient-related records and proprietary code stay put. This assessment answers one question for one use case: can it run inside your environment, and where should the boundary sit?
- A sensitive-data-flow map showing where your in-scope records and code live and how they move
- A no-egress feasibility finding, backed by a documented test and the network traffic captured during it
- A recommended deployment boundary that spells out what runs where and who operates it
- An implementation decision memo listing your options, rough cost ranges, risks, and open questions for your compliance team
- A 60-minute readout with your decision-maker
- Discovery call (free, 30 minutes). We confirm the use case and decide together whether the assessment fits. A written scope and price follow before any work starts.
- Kickoff (day 1). We agree on the data the test may use, the systems in scope, and the contacts on each side. The ten-business-day clock starts once you provide the agreed system access or approved test data.
- Map and test (days 2 to 8). Short interviews, a system review, and a contained test that uses synthetic or approved non-production data.
- Readout (by day 10). You receive the map, the finding, the boundary recommendation, and the memo.
The clock pauses on any business day we wait on client access, data approval, or a scheduled client contact, and restarts when the item arrives. Pauses never change the fee.
Three pilot slots
$4,500 per pilot slot, fixed fee
- We take three pilot clients for this assessment, each at the same fee, the same scope, and one written statement of work.
- The $4,500 counts as a credit toward follow-on work with Outset Solutions.
- Prefer to talk first? The free discovery call stays open to everyone. If the assessment doesn't fit your situation, we say so on that call.
- Built for teams of 20 to 250 people that employ their own engineers and handle patient-related records or proprietary code.

We test one workflow in a contained environment, and we never use your production patient records. This assessment includes no compliance audit, certification, legal opinion, or penetration test. Your compliance and legal teams keep every compliance decision; our findings give them concrete evidence to work from.
Clinical diagnostic software, medical-device firmware, and any software regulated as a medical device (FDA software as a medical device, or SaMD) fall outside this assessment. It covers self-hosted, enterprise-managed software and internal tools only.
- The test reflects the configuration we observe during the engagement window. Later changes to systems, vendors, or software can alter the result.
- A "feasible" finding means the tested workflow produced no outbound data transfer under the tested conditions. It offers no guarantee about future behavior or about systems outside the test.
- Deliverables support your own risk and compliance work; they neither replace it nor certify anything.
After the assessment
Some teams stop at the memo. Others move to a leased on-prem appliance, a private code-search rollout on their own servers, or ingress hardening for services the map surfaced. Published starting prices appear on our product catalog, so you can weigh the next step before you talk to us about it.
Net Integrate LLC, a veteran-owned company in Brookhaven, Georgia, builds private AI and infrastructure systems that run on hardware our clients control. Founder Keith Ransom leads every engagement directly, from the first call through the readout.
